One click calling.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Needs to have:

Ability to select individual entries when using Smart List.

List view that can 'zoom out' to allows more entries on the screen (narrower rows or something so there's less white space and less scrolling).

De-duplication tool.

A way to hide fields (or re-order fields, or group fields) when editing a contact.

Drill-down in activity reports (if you see someone made 100 calls in a day, click on that bar, and get a table report showing who they called).

Would be really good to also have:

Basic drip email function (with logic, like Get Response or Active Campaign), and email broadcast (newsletter) like Constant Contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

when someone is calling you back their name doesn't come up - the number does. Also, theres no way to see your missed calls. Also the numbers are not normal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Base is easily manipulable. Very modular and easy to work with. However it isn't overwhelming to the point where the core functions are detracted from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I really like the ease of use, and the smart list setups. However, if you do not know what you're doing, it is easy to miss projects with an incorrectly setup smart list. Being able to make a team wide smart list would be ideal, if that is not already a feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Base is often used as a tool to base discussions around. Smart Lists are how each member keeps themselves and their responsibilities related to CRM organized.
