What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Base's user interface is straightforward compared to some of the other CRMs on the market. This allows new users to quickly adapt to the system and hit the ground running with minimal training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

As with most subscription based CRMs, the more you spend a month, the more features you get. As a startup or new small business, some of the features available for higher subscriptions would be nice to have included at all levels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lead to Deal converting process. Sometimes you have to adapt the converted person to a company.

Writing emails from the Online opened window is not as comfortable as from mail client.

Probably Base could use a special feature for automatic opening the mail client, rather than offering a small online window for writing the new email Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am using Base for gathering and keeping information for each business partner respectively.
