While it's no secret Base is an asset to managing our business, the support and partnership we get from our Account Manager sets the overall Base experience apart from others. Our reps are great fans of the app too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers transparency across the organisation, and the reports are pretty useful to assess performance of individuals. Email integration function is very powerful to track all contact with the customer. Support team are responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are sometimes issues when a lead is transferred to a contact. As with all off the shelf systems, some things you want to work in a certain way but they don't, so you need to find work arounds. This is virtually the best feature of Base. You can sort your contacts/leads/deals however you want or need.
