-Not fully customizable ie. no shell capability

-Removal of features ie. Google Widget

What problems is Zendesk Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Base CRM to manage our relationships with our clients. The email tracking feature has caused "ah hah" moments when we are able to determine a prior relationship existed with our others Sales Managers, thanks to the history of email being maintained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

It offers transparency across the organisation, and the reports are pretty useful to assess performance of individuals. Email integration function is very powerful to track all contact with the customer. Support team are responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

There are sometimes issues when a lead is transferred to a contact. As with all off the shelf systems, some things you want to work in a certain way but they don't, so you need to find work arounds. The call system is useful but call quality is often poor so we have had to stop using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Without fail, base once a week if finicky. It could be the office fiber but that's unlikely because no other department in the company has synchronized system failure. I blame AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Smart lists, smart lists and smart lists.

This is virtually the best feature of Base. You can sort your contacts/leads/deals however you want or need.

Built-in calling system with automatic recording - fantastic, built-in email client - another great feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The ability to see your sales pipeline and have the whole team on the same page is very valuable. Also, the ability to make and record phone calls is a great training tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The email templates should be able to be used for leads and prospects. Also, we have had issues with call quality in the past. For the additional reporting, I do not think it should cost more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Pretty easy to onboard and learn how to use. Mobile interface is great (especially the map feature for leads--this is amazing for sales people planning trips). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?
