I was launching a new venture and needed a CRM. On review of several different tools I found BASE. At the time it was just launching and in Beta so I signed up. The initial versions were very functional but a bit sparse. Today they have far more functionality than I need. Great tool, easy to gain proficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At present, nothing. They have updated the program a number of times so there is a short learning curve to apply with they do this. They include summaries and tutorials so it is easy to adapt to the changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Base CRM's best feature to myself and my team members is certainly its ease of use. Having no experience with a CRM prior, this was the optimal choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our biggest dislike when it comes to Base CRM, which may not have anything to do with the software itself, is the additional $20/ mm that we need to pay through a third-party application to push client information from Base CRM to QuickBooks Online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
