We've been using Zendesk Sell for a few months now and have been impressed with its ability to help our sales team effectively follow up with leads. One of the great things about Zendesk Sell is that its intuitive interface makes it easy for everyone on the team to use and learn. The first thing that struck me about Zendesk Sell was how easy it was to create an account and start using the platform. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and I was able to get started right away. I also liked the ability to customise fields and contact list views, so I could tailor the platform to my business needs.
Another advantage of Zendesk Sell is that it is integrated with other sales tools, such as email, calendar and phone. This gives me a complete view of all customer interactions and a better understanding of how my team interacts with them. One drawback I found is that some of the more advanced features, such as task automation and custom reports, are only available on the more expensive plans. It is important to note that although many features are offered in the free and cheaper plans, you will have to invest in a more expensive subscription to access all the tools. When I was able to access, I loved the simplicity and quick, organized searchers I was able to accomplish. EM's were auto-logged which was a HUGE time saver. Sales Force, which my company has adopted, does NOT log EM's and I waste a ton of time doing that. SF is clunky if you don't pay for them to develop all the features for you. I have paid $400+ for an auto-renew subscription (which I did not realize was auto-renew). I cannot get in to use it b/c my coworker, somehow was listed as Account Owner. I have been unable to get into my own account for months and I've had a variety of Zen support people try to help without success. It has an intuitive and easy to use interface. I can access all my customer information, sales opportunities and follow-up activities in one place.
