What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The efficiency that i have when I use Zendesk Sell is excellent, it allows me to keep all the information of the workers in my department in a perfect order. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

-Beautiful interface

-Highly customizable in a way to suit your needs (I have Zendesk Sell for 2 separate businesses)

-very extensive reporting, I can easily keep track of progress, talk time, call outcomes and much more to see how much employees are doing

-integrates great with outside calenders and MailChimp

-the call quality is SUPERB compared to other CRMs I have tried in the past.

-the app is flawless... I absolutely love the app. I can't tell you how many times my outbound team has assigned a deal to me, and I've been able to read the notes on the calls on the go and close sales right from the phone (1 time I did this from the gym, yes, seriously)

-excellent customer support, I've had to reach out to them a few times regarding obstacles I've run into and they have always helped out within a reasonable amount of time and solved my problem Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

-It can be a little pricey and on the high side, But again, you get what you pay for.

What problems is Zendesk Sell solving and how is that benefiting you?

-I have 2 separate businesses that I used Zendesk Sell for, both of which I have multiple Outbound Sales Reps on who make calls for me and set appointments.

-Zendesk just works. It doesn't give you headaches, it doesn't drop the calls, you never hear a customer say "Can you say that again, you were breaking up." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The integrations and reporting. We get all the details we need out of the reporting and notifications to Slack /etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Nothing really, if anything it would be nice to have even more fast to action reporting but overall really enjoy the system. Additionally the Google Drive integration is great, but doesn't quite map to our folder structure. Probably could be more advanced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a contact category for consultants who could be attached to multiple company contacts. I and many other have requested this but it's still not there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I like it because of:

- ease of use,

- the fact that everyone started to use it from the start and everybody is more or less happy about it,

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Zendesk has made it so easy to use and allows me to cater to my business specifically. I have been able to track communication between leads and customers easily and automatically with the ability to link emails to users. IT has worked for us for over 3 years from the very beginning start u ages till now -it's grown with our business smoothly and successfully Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

I do not like how the top right search bar has a dropdown smart search not in chronological or any known order. Overall the search bar is not perfectly functioning which can be somewhat frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
