That Zendesk is "idiot proof" (i.e. easy for ME to use)! I use it like a ROLODEX. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not use Zendesk as a sales funnel. When you all changed the format from what it was with BASE, I eliminated ALL of the desktop except "My Dashboard" and "Activity Feed". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tracking my calls, emails and texts is done for me.
When I need information, it is where it needs to be, so I not chasing it.

I like that Zendesk sell provides EVERYTHING you would want in a CRM, yet is simple and intuitive to use. I like for example how easy it is to search for users at different stages of the funnel and how easy it is to batch email different groups and customize the message. I started using Sell because Zendesk purchased an already-existing CRM. Sell is intuitive and easy to get to the information I need within a few clicks. Our sales reps love the simple Mobil App allows each user to communicate effectively with our sales coordinator. The reporting tools are also great for showing owners which advertisers/lead sources work the best as well as why we are losing deals for future changes to our strategy.
