The way it integrates communication actions, and keeps all notes in one deal file to reference. We needed something that tracked activity, communication, and allowed for user engagement directly from the CRM and had a much larger system we cancelled so we could use SELL Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The blending of duplicates can be a bit confusing, and sometimes it doesn't play nicely with IOS. We struggle with correlating the calendars with G-Suite products, and it would be nice to have different colors on the appointments for different users, so the appointment center can track the specific sales people that are with each customer. The best thing is your simple entry for the contact information of different clients and potentials is very easy to create offers and potential purchases for customers, schedule appointments, set reminders and send emails from the program, check the metrics and numbers of different Sales team members for different times and situations. It is too easy to change the things that have been established by others: uploading and downloading contacts in files.csv is a bit difficult at first but it is not terrible to get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since Zendesk doesn't have the same pull as a Salesforce, you can't expect the same number of extensions/plugins from your marketing stack. That means that your marketing team may be stuck having to use the API to wire together their campaigns manually. I've used a LOT of CRM programs and this so function for me because it's so adaptable and easy to use. HUGELY USER FRIENDLY! AND it integrates with my gmail account so I can always see my specific communication with my clients. I talk this product up every chance I get because there's nothing quite like it. I have a hard time trying to figure this one out. Sorry. There are a few of the functions I don't use. Perhaps there's something that I might dislike there, but I just don't know.

It is very user friendly and intuitive. I watch a 5 min tutorial online and I was able to figure out how to use it after that. I have been using different CRMs for years now, so I am sure that helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I went from using Salesforce to Zendesk Sell. So, there are several features that I really liked on Salesforce that we no longer have access to like having automated email flows that trigger based on pipeline stage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I title my review service because at the end of the day this platform delivers that inherently. It’s not just a service. It’s good service. From the quick responses I get whenever I have a question or issue, it’s the smooth and sleek looking interface, the ability to organize my contacts, manage my deals, make goals and control it all from my phone. It’s easy to use and it’s easy to innovate and customize. I love how I can create it to custom pipelines, contacts fields and all that. I love the email tracking that tells me if they saw it or not. I wish there were how to videos from other people using the platform and how they have structured it for their business specifically. Like I would love to do mass emailing in the platform or social media market in the platform. However I’m sure I have to use an outside interface like mail chimp which is an add on. If that’s the only option right now I’d love to see a how to video for how to connect and Zendesk sell and Mailchimp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sell is powerful AND simple. It integrates with all the other Zendesk suite items, so it provides a wonderful omnichannel approach to "success" (selling, content, support). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's very powerful and flexible, it does have some minor limitations with some of the Note fields and some of the more nit-picky, advanced customizations. However, it's not a limiter and is only FYI for those thinking they'll be able to customize layouts, or do custom branding, or stuff like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how simple to use Zendesk Sell is. At the same time, it balances being very powerful and adds lots of customization. I can tailor it to do what I need it to do. I LOVE that I can use Zapier to get data in and out. It makes for a true hub of info and creates for HUGE time savings and efficiency. I love that emails are synced with my G-Suite and SMS messages right in the interface. Oh, and the calendar feature is so easy to use too. The seamless integration with Zendesk Support, which we have been using for years and fantastic too. The more I type the more I realize how much I love Zendesk Sell. I like the way this system manages to maintain my sales team, focused and focused on the objectives no matter how difficult a client or product may be, this system allows me to automate several processes, and the way it keeps me informed. The tools that this platform brings, is undoubtedly a plus that gives to all my teams since with it, we can control all the sales that the business makes.
With this system I have been able to track the behavior of the clients with the product easily and automatically, allowing me to link all the emails with the users. There are so many things that I like about Zendesk that if I start to list them I would not finish writing, but thanks to this system my business has reported year after year a sustained success growth, which I did not achieve in the past with other systems. Sometimes you get errors in the system, or that some of the functions fail to update in time, causing a few problems in the process.
