What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I really liked the communication across different regions with locks and the programming was very easy, I also love the fact that I can place the notes in the homes and have access that I usually did not have when we were using the paper so that we use. Even the best thing about it is that I can invest scheduled appointments, just a solid product in general. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

The reports are completely inadequate, it is not reliable because it has no way of informing about lead sources, it is no way of informing the assignee about the cables, it is no way to create new reports if the prefabricated ones do not do enough. Mostly Zendesk used to increase my sales and it is my base CRM, although others worked with other Crm and I preferred to use this, they have developed a super easy to use interface that makes monitoring and interaction with customers simple and easy. This great software allows others to instantly check what happened in customers interactions by reading previously sent emails, easy to organize ready lists and find relevant people in different categories, delete the contact information entry for different customers and potential customers, super easy to create good deals, meeting hours, set up reminders and send emails from the system. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

I'm fond of incorporating the VoIP and capturing every message. You do not need an application from a third party to link it. I love also the fact that everything worked for the first time when I imported my results. Another great thing is that a little bit of gamification is possible. You can, for example, set your monthly sales targets, which inspire your face. The dashboard also gives you a panoramic view of all this so that you see that more deals are needed if you want to achieve your objectives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

It is possible to improve certain minor things. There is, for example, no place for an extension in the phone number area. It is not a major problem. If you only have several notes, you can search a lot to find them. You can only type the contact extension into your notes. In addition, the program does not seem to change. That is fine, on the one hand, because why repair it if it isn't broken? I feel, on the other hand, that they might develop further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The entry of redundant data is a question that I have solved. I used to submit deals by Word and then had to copy and paste all for the contract and then do it again for the processing of credit cards. You just need to enter data once with this tool. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

The task of calling back in the year is straightforward, and it's even simpler to sign a calling telephone. You may listen and I get a clear sense of the sources that lead me so that I can concentrate for them in the first spot when I adopt up to understand exactly what is happening in succession. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

Trying to setup is a nightmare if you're not on the highest tier of service. Documentation isn't clear that some services are only available unless you're on a higher cost plan. After hours of pulling hair out trying to get the service to work, finally contact support, only the find out that the function isn't available unless you pay more.

Lots of services work this way, but others are much better in their documentation about laying out what is included in which plan.

They automatically charge for the annual renewal without any reminder that the charge is coming. When I contacted support to request a refund within 2 weeks of the charge (even though I had not logged onto the system for several months), they refused to refund. Word to the wise, either steer clear, or be sure to cancel your account if you end up switching vendors! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Zendesk is my most essential tool in my role as a sales individual. I work in three different states and need to have three different brains for each. Base takes the crazy and organizes it. Base thinks hard, so I don't have to. I can just build relationships. I don't know how anyone can successfully follow up with contacts without an organized, beautiful and simple sales platform like Zendesk. If you're not using it, you're forgetting something. What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

When I look at all my tasks in the general "tasks" list, I have occasionally "checked" one off on accident. In this form, I wish it asked me- "are you sure you wish to complete this task?" You could add a "check this box if you no longer wish to see this message" - for people who like checking things off quickly like that for some reason.

PLEASE somehow incorporate a map feature with the tasks...that would be AMAZING. I have to keep track of my own map system I've created. It's the only thing Zendesk doesn't do for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're building a Talent Collective of solo-entrepreneurs that serve as an extension of our business. ZenDesk Sell will provide them with a view of their client interactions and billing activity with the integration of Xero. Further, as we implement ZenDesk Suite, our support central approach will provide clients with support engagement options that speak to their current state of mind. What do you like best about Zendesk Sell?

Let me being my saying I've used this CRM since it was called Base. I've been a loyal user for many years now.

I love that the voip is integrated and all the calls are recorded. You don't need some third person app to connect it.

I also love the fact that when I imported my data, it all worked the first time. The one problem I had with every CRM I tried out was mapping the data I had correctly to the fields in the CRM. With Sell, it went flawlessly.

Another thing that's great is that there's a bit of gamification. For example, you can set your monthly sales goals and having that stare you in the face every day really motivates you. Also, the dashboard gives you a bird's eye view of everything so you can see that you need more deals if you want to hit your goals.

What do you dislike about Zendesk Sell?

There are a few minor things that could be improved. For example, there is no place in the phone number field for an extension. It's not a big deal, you can just put the contact's extension in your notes, but if you have many notes, you'll be doing a lot of scrolling to find it.

Also, they offer a service for getting information on leads, but it's an additional charge. I pay for the enterprise version and feel this should be included.

For my marketing automation, I use Active Campaign. It'd be great if this was built into Sell so everything could be in one place.

Lastly, it doesn't feel like the software is evolving. On one hand, that's good because if it's not broken, why fix it? On the other hand, I feel like they could continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You don't have to use every feature out of the gate. Learn it bit by bit and before you know it, you'll be an expert. For example, lead scoring is really helpful, but it's not the first thing you need to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I first subscribed to Sell, I didn't use it, my VA did. After I stopped using her to make cold calls, I wondered if I still needed a CRM.

Now that Sell is the hub of my entire business, I regret how I underutilized it for the first couple of years.

One problem I've solved is redundant data entry. I used to send proposals using Word and then would have to copy and paste everything for the contract, and then do it again for credit card processing. Now, I use PandaDoc which integrates with Sell and only have to enter data one time. My proposals are much more professional looking, more effective in terms of closing deals, and it's all much faster and less tedious.

One of the benefits of using Sell is that everything (except for my marketing automation) is all connected and run from one place.

Use the Voice / Phone application. The recorded calls have been a lifesaver in going back to see about certain things that are working or not working on my cold calling.

I am a person that needs a goal to shoot towards. Sell has a built in “deal” tracking system and goals with a very attractive interface. My sales have jumped 2x over the last 3 years of use(that is a measurable metric) and my ability to keep track of my customer interactions has been 100% improved.
