I really liked the communication across different regions with locks and the programming was very easy, I also love the fact that I can place the notes in the homes and have access that I usually did not have when we were using the paper so that we use. The reports are completely inadequate, it is not reliable because it has no way of informing about lead sources, it is no way of informing the assignee about the cables, it is no way to create new reports if the prefabricated ones do not do enough. I'm fond of incorporating the VoIP and capturing every message. You do not need an application from a third party to link it. I love also the fact that everything worked for the first time when I imported my results. Another great thing is that a little bit of gamification is possible. You can, for example, set your monthly sales targets, which inspire your face. It is possible to improve certain minor things. There is, for example, no place for an extension in the phone number area. It is not a major problem. If you only have several notes, you can search a lot to find them. You can only type the contact extension into your notes. In addition, the program does not seem to change. The task of calling back in the year is straightforward, and it's even simpler to sign a calling telephone. You may listen and I get a clear sense of the sources that lead me so that I can concentrate for them in the first spot when I adopt up to understand exactly what is happening in succession. Sales Program quite good, also shows very instinctive and customizable. To use it is quite simple and it is possible to enjoy enough information. I find the records of existing clients and new clients very good, it greatly facilitates your work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be my pleasure if this program could be coupled to the different social networks and other necessary software, and it would be pretty good that the process to customize each user or contact was easier, such as uploading a photo that identifies it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Trying to setup is a nightmare if you're not on the highest tier of service. Documentation isn't clear that some services are only available unless you're on a higher cost plan. After hours of pulling hair out trying to get the service to work, finally contact support, only the find out that the function isn't available unless you pay more.
Lots of services work this way, but others are much better in their documentation about laying out what is included in which plan.
They automatically charge for the annual renewal without any reminder that the charge is coming. When I contacted support to request a refund within 2 weeks of the charge (even though I had not logged onto the system for several months), they refused to refund. Zendesk is my most essential tool in my role as a sales individual. I work in three different states and need to have three different brains for each. Base takes the crazy and organizes it. Base thinks hard, so I don't have to. I can just build relationships. I don't know how anyone can successfully follow up with contacts without an organized, beautiful and simple sales platform like Zendesk. If you're not using it, you're forgetting something. When I look at all my tasks in the general "tasks" list, I have occasionally "checked" one off on accident. In this form, I wish it asked me- "are you sure you wish to complete this task?" You could add a "check this box if you no longer wish to see this message" - for people who like checking things off quickly like that for some reason.
PLEASE somehow incorporate a map feature with the tasks...that would be AMAZING. I have to keep track of my own map system I've created. It's the only thing Zendesk doesn't do for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Let me being my saying I've used this CRM since it was called Base. I've been a loyal user for many years now.
I love that the voip is integrated and all the calls are recorded. You don't need some third person app to connect it.
I also love the fact that when I imported my data, it all worked the first time. The one problem I had with every CRM I tried out was mapping the data I had correctly to the fields in the CRM. With Sell, it went flawlessly.
Another thing that's great is that there's a bit of gamification. For example, you can set your monthly sales goals and having that stare you in the face every day really motivates you. Also, the dashboard gives you a bird's eye view of everything so you can see that you need more deals if you want to hit your goals.

There are a few minor things that could be improved. For example, there is no place in the phone number field for an extension. It's not a big deal, you can just put the contact's extension in your notes, but if you have many notes, you'll be doing a lot of scrolling to find it.
Also, they offer a service for getting information on leads, but it's an additional charge. I pay for the enterprise version and feel this should be included.
For my marketing automation, I use Active Campaign. It'd be great if this was built into Sell so everything could be in one place.
Lastly, it doesn't feel like the software is evolving. On one hand, that's good because if it's not broken, why fix it? On the other hand, I feel like they could continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
