Zendesk Sell has many terrible things, first of all its interface, which has a not very stylized design and not modern at all, it has few integrations, this makes it difficult to work with other tools, the reports are effective but it is very complicated to try to elaborate a sales analysis, which makes us lose time and generates frustrations, it has a good database but it has few search filters, finally it has a quite high learning curve, so the adaptation process can last for some time. Zendesk Sell has been my main tool to develop a CRM job in an excellent way. It has everythig in one, it is possible to integrate and record calls, import data, store and organize them properly, gamification makes all the work much easier, it is possible to set clear job goals, create boards and concrete and interactive project routes, which it allows me to reach our work goals more efficiently and quickly.
I lke how easy it is to do my job here, it is automated from start to finish, its tools are highly intuitive, we justpress a few clicks and everything is done almost alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In search of an effective CRM system to help us with sales we came to Zendesk, which with a set of automated and intuitive tools we have hit the mark with all our work and development in sales and marketing. I'm not very convinced with the process of personalization and configuration of the platform, it is not entirely accurate and does not allow detailing with personal aspects or tastes, nor with a business image. Zendesk Sell was complete and flexible to meet our needs, it has several features that we can use and smoothes the sales process, such as personalization of sales offers, automation of tasks and roles, sales forecasting, organization of smart lists and reporting. The best thing about Zendesk Sell is the automatic integration with Zendesk Support. Besides, leads from Wordpress pages and self-constructed Tools can easily be linked.

Sell gives you much freedom in some areas which, if used, may be confusing when working in a large team (need of clear communication and documentation within the company).
