All managed in a single place, electronically.
Information well gathered, reachable, can be consulted anytime in one single platform.
Very user-friendly - the functions, operations enabled and also graphically.
Reports and analytics are quite interesting - again, automatic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not quite dislikes, but still not sure how some features are set up, if available, like, for instance:
- How are workflows set up.
- Not clear how to interact with other SWs and Tools, if feasible at all. At least must be integrated with the Outlook/other mailing system.
- Another example: enable documentation to others in other supports, such as Jira or SharePoint. Feasible? How?
Not clear in the demo the customer support, but for sure it is clear somewhere out there in the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a tool dedicated mostly to those who are making a lot of new custom contracts, saving them time by having predefined clauses that can be inserted in the new contract at the touch of a button. It's also useful for anyone else to keep track of the contracts and their status (if they are signed internally or waiting for the partners to sign them).
The tool offers quite a few reporting filters so you can find fast a certain contract / type of contracts (binders) and a quite easy to understand and use analytics page.
It has a low learning curbe so anyone can use it, unlike other software on the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is great overall, has some minor things that I think could be improved (personal preferences) like the workflow and more like in your face tips and tricks that can be activated / deactivated at will and show you why can't you save a certain document without completing all the fields available. Zeal is an interactive and user friendly platform that supports businesses achieve their goals. At a first glance, the ease of use captivated me and already found ways to integrate this at mai day to day job. Working with customers, it's crucial to align stakeholders and internal teams, and Zeal can provide that support by reducing the time spent on alternating backwards and forwards on contract management and having the right people involved. Overall, a great product ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the product features might be limiting for certain users, but there is great potential in exploring this and advancing the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things that Zeal managed to standardize and find solutions for. Just to name a few, which are extremly usefull when it comes to tracking the lifecycle of a contract (like an MSA or SLA and their derivatives like all asociated SOWs)
- tagging contracts contend
- hyperlinking to associated users, to other relevant documents (be they sub-contracts or not), to relevant documentation or any content that has to be kept under the same umbrella with the initiating contract
- associating meta-data to contracts, so that documents' hierarchy, mapping and search are fast and simple processes
- ability to aasign roles and set up rules for the comunity that has to have access to a group of docuemnts and to track them from inception to completion
- extract data from each contract, sub-contract, derivative, stages of each document, usage, modifications, etc..., so that contract analytics reports can be created, shared and updated
- Zeal platform functions also as a comunication hub between stakeholders that are binded through a contractual agreement
- a very important feature of Zeal's CLM product is the posibility of INTEGRATION with varoius environments like: MS Office, SalesForce, Slack, just to name some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zeal' product is a fair option for Contract Management, it does what it claims and the company strives for constant improvement. So far, I don't have anything to dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Intuitive user interface and easy navigation.
- Powerful search and tagging features.
- Strong collaboration tools that enhance team efficiency.
- Focus on security and compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Platform did not present any major drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Zeal is using AI and Machine learning. While the models are already trained, as for any platform for this kind you can extend that and based on what type of contract/documents you are creating, the model will adapt to your style/requests. On short, you already have a lot of support and optimization which will level up your already existing contracts and templates of contracts that you might have in Microsoft Word files or even in paper.
- Active analysis that it is done to you documents content using the above statements. There might be things that you can miss, but the engine behind takes care of that.
- Documents management system it is a must. I personally worked with contracts as a Delivery Manager, and trust me there are multiple clients and industries, several types of documents. It can be very hard to keep up the track of them. Having them organized and ready to be modified, sent or to be signed it is pure gold.
- The e-signature another thing which is cool. I saw that you can invite people to specific group and document. You can send the document to be signed. Seems straight forward.
- Other cool things that I like is the key wording, templates, ability to archive and keeping the history of the documents.
- You seem to be able to work with any type of document from MSA, SOW, ITP, etc. You can easily add legal department to start contributing to MSA’s or to NDA’s or to any clause of the document itself. Same platform for all departments. That means eliminates the pain points of having documents created manually in word following a template, have modifications on it, send it on the e-mail, receive it back with amendments, repeat.
- In the same time you can use the platform to officially send RFI RFP proposal. You can create template for these two processes and send them directly to recipients
- What is really great is the security of the documents. In my old company the ping-pong between me, sales and legal for creating a SOW for example, was done through e-mail (I’m referring to the document itself). But being in the platform, giving access only to the right people to contribute not only strengthens the security but also saves a lot of time.
- In nutshell one of the best features is to create small modules containing targeted piece of text that can re-used on other contracts and documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I cannot really say that there is something to dislike the product. Of course it depends on what is your taste for design. You can mention that some things like changing singing order in the document maybe might have an animation to suggest dragging the order, or maybe the posibility to rearrange the data in Dashboard. All in all seems a robust platform to be used.
Still i have a question if the platform can be integrated into other platform? like building and Zeal SDK or soemthing like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Say goodbye to old archives and document repositories. This is the new tool that will change your game. It will improve the time spent building docs and forms but also the time you get a review or acceptance criteria. It’s so easy to understand and use that even high school teenagers could do it. I’m pretty sure that the most exciting part is the ownership of the document at each stage. By having the docs archived, you can easily see who was in charge 1 year ago when the project started and you could directly contact them with questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it is not yet very popular tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeal is a very intuitive and easy to use tool. Automation and lots of customization options are offered through a very nice user interface, so you can benefit from excellent user experience.
If you deal with lots of contracts and documents, for sure Zeal will catch your attention and will ease your work. An extra point is that it can also be integrated with lots of other tools you might already use, like CRM.
Even if you get stuck sometimes, don't worry, customer support is there and always ready for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not something that brought my attention, but even if there is something that you will find or need, don't hesitate to raise your hand, as Zeal is always looking to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeal is an impressive contract lifecycle management platform that stands out for its AI-powered capabilities and comprehensive features. We enjoyed the simplicity of the platform and it's ability to streamline the entire contract process. Zeal promises to optimize workflow efficiency and enhance compliance. Its integrations with widely used tools like Salesforce, coupled with the platform's data-driven insights, make it a great solution for teams in procurement, sales, and legal. With strong backing from top VCs and recognition in G2's 2024 reports, Zeal is definitely worth considering for any small or medium business looking to improve their contract management. I believe that every plus also has a minus. Some people may have difficulty with learning another management platform if they already use services such as Slack, Microsoft BI, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zeal is the tool for those looking for efficiency and precision in contract creation, and it is a time-saving tool allowing companies to focus on more things. Its automation system and customization options such as templates, keywords, etc., allow you to close deals in a faster way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zeal is an excellent tool, without emabrgo, some of the customization options may be limiting for people who have other specification needs when creating contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Zeal is its ability to automate contract functions and provide actionable insights from the data, which has significantly improved efficiency and compliance in our company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don't like about Zeal is that the initial learning curve can be a bit steep, especially for those who are not familiar with AI-based contract management tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
