What do you like best about Zapier?

I love how flexible Zapier is. Anytime my team asks me if we can automate a process, I look to Zapier to make it happen. There are only very few instances where it doesn't work, and typically that is due to the other system''s limitation, not Zapier. What do you dislike about Zapier?

What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

We need to onboard many users from different customer buckets, and sometimes we need to alert parters who are not in our CRM when this happens. Zapier allows us to easily integrate with Intercom to complete this. We also use it to alert our team when customers have or have not taken an action, and to make sending forms to customers a 1-click task right from Intercom vs a multi-step process in another app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zapier?

Every time we needed to move something from one place to another, it was a mess, until Zapier came along. We managed to create "Zaps" (automations) that make applications talk to each other without writing a single line of code. Now every time we receive an email with an attachment, Zapier automatically saves it and notifies us. It’s like having a personal assistant do the work for you! We can connect almost anything with anything else: CRM, spreadsheets, marketing tools, e-commerce... everything, and it’s done in the background without me moving a finger. What do you dislike about Zapier?

A Zap was set up a few months ago to have tasks automatically created if a certain email was received. Even though everything appeared to be in order, we discovered that we were receiving duplicate tasks. The peculiar format of our activation emails led Zapier to misunderstand them. Hours were spent testing and verifying the settings before it was fixed. It was annoying, but we figured out that the software is simple to use, but that complex automations often force users to experiment until they find what works. What problems is Zapier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Now we have everything automated. We use Zap for different tasks in our company; for example, in our campaigns, we use it to automatically add form submissions to our email list and receive notifications whenever something new is sent. In a matter of minutes, we can automate that process. Whenever a form is filled out, information is immediately stored to the CRM and a welcome email is sent to the user, eliminating the need for manual intervention. It's been a huge time saver, is very user-friendly, and works with a ton of apps. Our business has found it to be a fantastic option for straightforward process automation. What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier seems like such a great tool and I have successfully used it to automate things like tweeting new articles published on an RSS feed (or adding to a Buffer queue so it drips them out). I'll probably do so again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

During a recent attempt to integrate a donation platform with a CRM (Givecloud to Virtuous) we ran into repeated issues. Granted some of them were due to the test data that was coming through from Givecloud. Zapier support felt non existent though. Eventually we got the zap working but couldn't end up using it because of a field mismatch that was unable to be resolved due to what Virtuous allowed us to sync fields to. What do you like best about Zapier?

I like Zapier because it connects with my open talent platform. Once it's connected, it helps us to identify new users on the platform, so they become leads for our commercial team to act on. Zapier also connects at our site; when integrated with Zapier at some landing pages, and when viewers become leads through signing forms, we are able to see wherever they came from. What do you like best about Zapier?

It has options for us to connect different platforms we use together so that we can automate our tasks easily. We use it to collect information from customers, keep track of things in spreadsheets, automatically tag customers in our email database, and send automated email notifications internally. What do you dislike about Zapier?

Sometimes it has issues with pulling certain fields when we take information from orders in our shop. I'm not sure, but I believe it has to do with international customer zip codes. We use Keap a lot to connect to our shop, and sometimes we have issues with getting it to tag customers, but with troubleshooting it usually gets resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Zapier to automatically collect information about our customers by connecting our website shop to our email marketing software and spreadsheets. What do you like best about Zapier?

I love that you do not have to have developer experience in order to use the app. I also love their support, they are always available and they are very informative. Most apps that grow overtime they get rid of lines of communication and in my opinion they went to chat which has been awesome to get issues resolved immediately.

I also recently had an experience with Lauren Franklin from their Higher up support team on an issue that I needed resolved ASAP, she was very responsive and got the issue resolved in just a couple hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Nothing that I can think of, I think like most apps they have growing pains but nothing that causes many concerns. I will also note that Zapier helped me reduce my staff by replacing staff through the automations I set up alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

100% authomation, they have literally reduced my staff because the app has replaced the duties. Trust me when I tell you I had zero developer experience when I started using it, it has literally been amazing helping me convert a lengthy process to a simplified automated one.
