They have really great customer support. That's the thing I like the most. If I need help, there's always a swift and quick resonse and solution. Also, it has so many integrations and works very intuitive. What I love most is the simplicity compared to other systems I’ve tried and given up on! I had almost decided not to automate anything, but I stumbled upon Integrately by chance. I saw that I just had to mention the apps I needed—in my case, SureCart and Brevo—and Integrately creates the bridge between them instantly. It's so much more intuitive than the competition. The support was also amazing and helped me fix everything in minutes. I highly recommend it.

As a French user, the only minor issue is the quality of the translation. Like on many international platforms, some automatic translations can be a bit confusing and make certain features harder to understand. Beyond the technical capabilities of Integrately, I really enjoy the support, especially the help recently provided by Vivek. It can be quite technical to understand setting up things like API keys to automatically add new users to my third-party white-labeled software. I like that Integrately has an interface that's fairly easy to navigate, making it accessible for non-programmers with its dropdown menus and easily selected options. It really walks you through the possibilities of what can be accomplished. The customer service is very responsive, which adds to the overall positive experience. Honestly, nothing. The service has never worked as promised, and after months of trying to resolve the issue, I’ve only been met with dismissive responses. Instead of addressing the technical problems, the team deflects responsibility, even bringing up irrelevant topics like “communication style” and “policy.” It feels like they’re gaslighting me rather than helping. I signed up for this service based on the promises made, but unfortunately, it has failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. After three months of back-and-forth communication, the synchronization between the two services still does not work.

What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the support team blames me for “poor communication,” despite the fact that the services have never worked as advertised. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund.
