What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

YCBM is a great scheduling tool when it works, but needs more 'basic' functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

1. I am extremely disappointed with YCBM support, as despite implementing the system for scheduling, the support team appears unfamiliar with managing time zones, struggled to book in GMT, provided incorrect guidance, and lacked a crucial function, leaving a simple issue—where my team couldn’t view round-robin appointments—unresolved for over a week, resulting in two missed appointments and financial loss, while the support representative wrongly implied the error was mine and advised changing a time zone setting that didn’t exist.

2. YCBM should allow for individual personalization of notifications rather than applying the same settings to all appointments.

3. There needs to be a function for diary owners to label appointments differently, such as "Second Appointment" or "Personal Appointment," to support accurate data analysis.

4. The export data function is overly detailed and complex, making it difficult to extract and use the information efficiently.

5. Individual adviser availability should work across multiple diaries, including personal and linked diaries, rather than being restricted to a single personal calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

I was a YCBM employee and I've carried YCBM with me ever since. Because I worked there I know how much they care about the customers and that they'll always be working on making it better for both users: the paying customers and their bookers.

I'm a marketing coach and I coach several women and I always recommend YCBM. I love how easy it is to use and customize.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

You Can Book Me is a great scheduling tool which integrates with other systems. I love how customizable it can be to suit your needs. If the interface does work for you, they also have an API interface which allows you to use much of the same functionality. Customer support is also fantastic and very responsive. What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

YouCanBookMe proves to be an invaluable tool for streamlining client appointments. Its standout feature is the seamless booking process that allows clients to schedule sessions without the need for direct communication, while simultaneously notifying me via text message immediately after a booking is made. The platform is user-friendly, and the support team provides excellent assistance during the account setup process, ensuring all configurations are accurate and tailored to your needs. What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

The past few years of us using YouCanBook.Me has gone well rather smoothly. But for the past month we have encountered a major glitch in their system that resulted to us losing sales. Our page has shown that we're "unavailable" to book even though our calendar says otherwise. And our calendar in YouCanBook.Me kept multiplying - to a degree that it has reached 36 calendars. And I had to go through each of those calendars just to see which one would work - only for it to stop working a couple of hours later.

For two whole weeks now their customer service has told me that their devs have been working on it but there is no sense of urgency from their side, and as a paying client, I am extremely dissatisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

YCBM has great features that make setting up a meeting painless. I am such a fan of the feature that allows me to share one link with many people so I can set up a conversation with them at an event. Even complex processes such as automated messaging after a meeting is booked can be customized by the user. And, if the user doesn't want to get into these specifics, they can just use what's built in which will have more than enough for those scheduling the meetings with them. Excellent product all around. Very customizable. Ideal for conferences, which I occasionally attend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

The best thing about YouCanBookMe is how easy it is to use. It's also easy to integrate with our other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

Just up until last year I think, or the last two years, their customer service was spectacular. I used to get immediate responses from their live chat but now their chat doesn't even work properly anymore. It's always just the bot and even when I leave a message in the chat, I never get a response sent to my email.

There's also been a bug with one of our calendars that has been going on for several weeks now. I've been asked for my patience on the matter but we're losing leads because of it and the customer service is taking so long to fix the issue and respond to my query. What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

Setting up calendars is fairly easy as well as managing the maintenance for each of them. Abiilty to organize folders as well as duplicate settings is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

They have switched to a chat bot system that is extremely clunky for getting support. When you do talk to their support team via email it takes days (if not a whole week) to get a response back. That is with multiple follow ups too as a PAID user. Also used to be able to use custom CSS which they removed so styling is much more limited Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about YouCanBookMe?

What I love about YCBM is the ability to customize so many of the bookings. It is easy to update and change the cadence of notifications, use shortcodes to customize the experience and replicate this for other calls. What do you dislike about YouCanBookMe?

The only thing I would request is the ability to build team member profiles vs. having to add each team member separately to a call. It's not a big issue, but something that would improve our efficiency! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
