I would love to build in strategic breaks into my appointment blocks, but that is difficult to do with the way the site is designed. As the counselor of a K-12 Independent Study program in Los Angeles, using YouCanBook.me has been a game changer. It has made it much easier to stay connected to my students and their parents. Youcanbook me is helpful for scheduling meetings with staff at my building. My entire job is made up of meetings and observations, so instead of just sharing a Google calendar, I am able to have the people I meet with look at my youcanbookme and find a time without a bunch of back and forth. This tool is super easy to set up and a breeze to use. Even the free version will meet most needs. I love that I can add something to my Google calendar and it instantly blocks out that time in YouCanBook.me . This is helpful because this makes sure that I don't double book any time slots. I am a specialist in elementary education and this is easy for students, staff, and families to use. I LOVE that there is a FREE version. It doesn't have any features that I dislike. I have successfully and happily used this for over a year in education. My colleagues are now booking meetings with me with this instead of the "old back and forth when are you available" emails. The ways that I use this have far exceeded my original intentions.
