I have used YouCanBook.me to schedule appointments for a study I was conducting at the time. Making the appointments would have cost me a lot of time but with YouCanBook.me scheduling the appointments was really easy and convenient both for me as well as the participants. I think making appointments for all studies through YouCanBook.me would have been possible but it would have taken a lot of effort to set up.
