I have been a client of Yieldify for over 6 years. I really value their expertise, reporting features extensive product offerings. more recently, it has been great working with Cameron on the Jacuzzi Account over the last couple of months. Alex and the Yieldify team know their product well and therefore can offer strategic solutions for any customer journey objective. As a third-party pop-up solution, we have to perform some extra mapping requirements for data to flow through to our Email platform. In saying that, it is fairly quick and the team is great to work with. We prefer Yieldify over the same solution that our Email platform provides as it's a superior product with more flexibility. Our Yieldify Partners always come with recommendations on how we can optimize opportunities on our site, from driving revenue, to gathering leads, etc. They can even design some of the assets for us, which puts less pressure on my small team. We have worked with Yieldify for over a year, and found it to be a very useful tool for optimising various parts of our website, from data capture through to conversion rate. It does require internal resource so it's only worth the investment if you have someone within your team who is pushing to drive the optimisations forward on a weekly basis. For some startups like ours, that might be difficult to make happen, and ended up having to step in as the founder to really drive this forward. Saying that, as an e-commerce business our CRO is extremely important so its been enjoyable to see change happen, and a pleasure to work with Chris and achieve good results for the website.
