Provide your users/testers with a Feedback Widget or Browser extension and allow them to send feedback along with annotated screenshots. What do you like best about Ybug?

I like its simplicity and flexibility which makes it a one-tool-fits-all or many purposes solution. We're using Ybug to do reviews of our website, of our online courses, but also of our software screenshots (requires that they need to be opened in the browser). Our reviewers who are from different teams across our company love Ybug too because they got familiar with it in no time.

And I want to mention the agility of the Ybug team: They fix issues within a short period of time and are constantly working on improving the tool - always taking into account the users' needs and worries.

Another plus are the many integrations Ybug offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ybug?

I'm sure Ybug will add more granular edit and setting options, but nothing that I'm missing right now, comes to my mind.

However, as we are often running similar review projects, a way to copy projects or use templates would be nice-to-have to save time in repetitive, manual actions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Ybug?

It is simple but intuitive and fills the role it needs to to allow for feedback both internally and from clients on ways to improve and fix our platform. The customer service at Ybug is also extremely good. We have already used Ybug to fix some very glaring issues that were reported, so I would recommend it to others with similar needs. What do you like best about Ybug?

I like the simplicity of the parametrization, yet the sophisticated functionality in the background. It is a perfect tool for implementation projects, with no time you will have a prepared solution fur bug tracking and ticket collections. Have been using this tool with e-mail + redmine integration and it was just really good. From user perspective it is absolutely simple, project is defined by the web url where they are standing at and they focus only on the problem reporting. All technicall info is sent automatically. What do you like best about Ybug?

It was extremely easy and fast to install for our internal needs via the browser extension. As the only thing needed is an account and the extension, I don't think it is possible to have a faster installation process.

We are a small team at the moment of this review, lots to do without enough time. When I saw the extension and how it works, I jumped on it and send the info to other team members. Now they can create bug or anything else) reports with ease and very quickly. The automatic screenshot + drawing capabilities are super useful.

Everything else is more classic, but works very weel and is fast.

As the team will grow, there may be some problems to use Ybug this way, but for a small to middle size team, it is perfect.

Support is not needed as everything is easy to use and works well. But if you need to contact them one day, they will provide precise and fast answer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ybug solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ybug is our way to report bug that do not generate an error response server side: CSS/HTML problems, UX problems, missing translation problems, incorrect data problems, etc Everything other than a pure 500 error is reported through Ybug, by anybody in the company that have the browser extension. What do you like best about Ybug?

Ybug is intuitive and easy to use for someone who by nature is not technical. It is quite flexible - where some tools are limited to bug reporting, we use Ybug not only to report bugs, but to also solicit feedback on specific pages and products. What do you like best about Ybug?

Easy to install process, Jira and Github integration. We found a bug with taking screenshots in an iframe, which was submitted and fixed by the really responsive team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ybug?

Ybug is very easy to integrate into your solution and it has plenty of customization options to match your use-case. The screen-shot + annotation features are a godsend; the users can easily submit a bug report or a feature enhancement that points directly to the pain point. What do you like best about Ybug?

In all honesty, I think the pricing tiers should be simplified; I can see there being a large market of people who would throw this on a project if it included console logging and basic bug reporting features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
