What do you like best about Yarooms?

It is easy to reserve rooms. The program is user-friendly. You can easily search the rooms and how many people can be inside the room. It also has an option to remember user for 30 days which is good for those who use the database everyday. There are apps for both Android and iPhone for ease in access. What do you dislike about Yarooms?

I don't have auto approval. There should be auto approval if there is no one using the room. If there is no auto approval, then the room owner should be identified including contact info so it is easy to call him or her. YAROOMS need to inter connect with either Google or Outlook Calendar. Maybe the previous year can be archived? When I log in it doesn't go to the reservations for the day. It automatically shows May 2020 calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Yarooms:

Ensure that meeting rooms are complete. Include phone numbers of rooms and number of people that can be inside the room. Have a basic tutorial inside Yarooms. Also, if there is a suggestion email you can click inside Yarooms. My view is that all the advantages in using Yarooms hasn't been fully utilized by my organization yet. For those yet to use Yarooms, I suggest that all meeting rooms have either physical phone numbers or virtual ones. This is especially needed when the COVID19 virus has been controlled and people can physically attend meetings in their workplace. Check cost of Yarooms compared to other platforms. I was used to Outlook reservation before and was very satisfied with reserving rooms via Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yarooms?

It is a very fast process to schedule a specific piece of equipment. It is easy to see what is available when. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yarooms?

I repair a lot of equipment. I would appreciate having the ability to easily tag machines as "Offline" without booking them for a specific amount of time since I don't always know how long a repair will take.

I am disappointed that there is not better integration with my other programs like Google Calendar, Slack, or Monday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yarooms?

Visuals could maybe be improved (include 3D navigation of the office itself so users can see what the desks look like and meeting rooms look like.

- I would suggest to create a 'hover over the desk' message to clearly display if that desk is booked for the day and time or not i.e. Available or Booked. So users dont have to drill into the desk further to realise that it is booked then have to back out of it completely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Yarooms?

Was pretty easy to select an available space and book with no previous knowledge or assistance - the desktop site is a bit nicer than the mobile site but I hope that evens out in time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Yarooms?

I got an error on the mobile site when it presented a desk as available and I tried to book it the whole day - turns out, it was only available part of the day but the error didn't explain this. This was easy to see on the desktop site. I will use the desktop site when possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
