Regarding your comment on a lengthy questionnaire, we have off-the-shelf surveys of different lengths, including a Pulse Survey with 15 questions. You can customise the length of your surveys to suit your organisation's needs. We have many questions we can benchmark, but you only need to use a small selection to get a good sense of how you compare to industry benchmarks. If you’d like assistance with your questionnaires, please reach out to your Engage consultant, who would be more than happy to help.
