With regard to your feedback around customisable questions, many of our customers like to tailor their surveys so they receive insights that directly focus on their own organisational goals. We do charge a fee for this because, in terms of ROI, the benefit to the organisation is that they are clear on the steps to take to achieve their goals. Our team work very closely with those organisations who choose to do this, providing detailed insights on how to get best results from a survey.
