What do you like best about Xoralia - Sharepoint policy management software?

Xoralia allows our people to focus on other tasks as they no longer need to chase people on documents they have not read that we need them to, they can leave that to Xoralia to do it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xoralia - Sharepoint policy management software?

There is no management dashboard currently to see what your staff have done, or more what they have not done that they are required to do. However, I believe this is due to be added in early 2024 so this will no longer be an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xoralia - Sharepoint policy management software solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps a track record of what staff have read the documents assigned to them and sends automatic reminfers those that have not, even notifying their line managers if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The most useful part of Xoralia is that it uses a SP library to manage policies. It is also ease accessible through MS Teams.

Xoralia has improved the way we handle, distribute, and track policies and procedures within our organization. Not only does it allow us to save a lot of time, but it has helped us also to maintain and track compliance. Currently, we have a 99% attestation rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
