When I tried to cancel, they kept charging me despite being in clear violation of the contract. The sales team was focused on making a sale without considering the logistics of working with an international team in different time zones. They misrepresented the amount of time required for SOC 2 compliance in their system and the extent of the burden they'd assume. The software is quite rough to understand, and even after weeks, I couldn't grasp which path to take to achieve a goal. It wasn't built with the user in mind.
