What do you like best about xMatters?

We can easily create workflows using the drag & drop feature and set up automations. In case of service issues, custom notification can be sent to the desired team or user. For reporting, it supports major channels like SMS, Slack, email, and app notifications. It eliminates the need for human or manual intervention and automates the process of reporting the incidents, thus speeding up the process. What do you dislike about xMatters?

Too many notifications can create confusion and slow down our work process, which requires us to attend to the issue and solve it within the timeframe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is xMatters solving and how is that benefiting you?

xMatters simply ensures that the incidents are reported immediately to the right team whenever any issue occurs. It overall helps reducing the manual intervention and streamlines the process to prevent huge issues in future. There are lot of things in xmatters like alerting, page the user quickly as per the criticality, It is such a useful app in IT industries

while having the critical issues, Like p2 p1 p3, for incident management level and if we need any access we need to raise a ticket via service now, So it can alert the persons via mail slack phone and xMatters app.

What do you like best about xMatters?

It is excellent and ideal for managing emergency notifications and incidents, and it has proven to be useful due to the ability to configure devices and notifications. I like that. What do you like best about xMatters?

What I liked to most was being able to manage communication and notifications in case of alerts or problems and its amazing because it allows you to monitor and difine team settings and send notifiactions to different groups of people in less time. What do you like best about xMatters?

Speaking about XMatters, Compatibility , UI and easy to access and navigate through the application. Especially the response time is quick. Cross platform support and automating the things need to be appreciated. Integrating with other applications. Call feature and paging is appreciable. Usage and key role inn tracking the issues. What do you like best about xMatters?

I like that the service is in the cloud for incident management and to report problems or incoveniences. What do you like best about xMatters?

What do you like best about xMatters?

xMatters is famously known to help simplifying IT alert and notifying on-call IT response team, especially for problem happen outside working hours. The dashboard interface design is intuitive and not making the software feel too crowded or complex for a daily usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about xMatters?

Report tracker and analytics need some improvement on metrics customization. Not all the data can be included on the report and need to seperate report for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The alert system will only sent the IT incident alert to on-duty team and have heirarchy for who to call if the on-duty team is not responding after several alert has been sent. Help responder to follow correct SOP to quickly solving IT issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
