We can easily create workflows using the drag & drop feature and set up automations. In case of service issues, custom notification can be sent to the desired team or user. For reporting, it supports major channels like SMS, Slack, email, and app notifications. It eliminates the need for human or manual intervention and automates the process of reporting the incidents, thus speeding up the process. What I liked to most was being able to manage communication and notifications in case of alerts or problems and its amazing because it allows you to monitor and difine team settings and send notifiactions to different groups of people in less time. Speaking about XMatters, Compatibility , UI and easy to access and navigate through the application. Especially the response time is quick. Cross platform support and automating the things need to be appreciated. Integrating with other applications. Call feature and paging is appreciable. Usage and key role inn tracking the issues.
