Low response rates- the biggest challenge of using it is getting a good response rate when sent to a large set of audiences.

Measuring CX and NPS across episodes is a part of Organization's KPI's. With this we are able to generate sufficient insights and are able to communicate basis the widgets available in the Dasboard in a structured manner. 1. Sometimes, logic doesn't work. i have to delete it and re-apply it, and then it works.

2. Language translations are terrible. Please improve it so that we can make most of it. In my survey, I manually changed translations, which is not the best use of S2C. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is user-friendly. It has good customisation options. The reporting and analytics are functional and can be integrated with other platforms. Customer support is available but I did not use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
