I really enjoy working within Incent to mitigate the manual process of trying to calculate via excel sheets. It's proven to be a great system to help compute the incentive compensation plans with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot track exactly the one things I need to track - how much would I be paid. What are the numbers, exactly? What's the target vs achievement. What is the currency. Why is there a minus sometimes. Why does it refresh only once per week. Why is it it's never accurate? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
