"Very reliable commission product"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

It's very dependable and I don't have to worry about incorrect commission calculations Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

It's quite complicated to set up (though I think it is that complication that gives it the flexibility to handle complicated commission plans) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

"Revenue/commisison doesnt update frequently enough"

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

Great source of retro spective truth when looking at individual performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

a) doent update frequently enough

b) doesnt tell me when it revenue/commisison last updated (that i can see)

c) Comp plans get reissued without any explanation as to why they are being reissued Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

looking at retrospective performance - however it doesnt show quarterly performance totals, only half yearly - means i have to do a manual calculation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
