Very customizable for complex comp plans. Has the ability to retain historical changes to plans, roles, quotas, etc. instead of having to worry about who has what information stored on what computer/shared site/etc... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Reporting function has limits that don't allow some of the fields that are in the system(and visible in some reports and used in calculations) to be added to some of the reports or views available to sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part of Xacly Incent, is that it is a very user-friendly platform. Navigation of the UI is very intuitive, and we can easily create rules and plans that incentivize our sales partners. As powerful as Incent is, certain aspects fall short of expectations. What I might think of as "basic" functionality is sometimes missing- necessitating a work-around. Examples of this are: 1. Appropriate Language emails generated for users based on their GUI language. 2. A method for "Does not Contain" within formulas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
