It is not 100% user-friendly, there are a lot of radio buttons, that I'm sure are useful but it is taking a little long to figure the platform out! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I like that Xactly saved me a lot of time in my commission process. My process before was very manual using Excel for everything including statements. Now I can upload every month and the sales reps can view their statements when they want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

I do not have many dislikes when it comes to Xactly. The only things that I think could use better functionality is in the rate tables and quota. I think navigating those areas can be tough at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

The Sorting of transactions on line order item, makes the retroactive investigations much easier. The home page which has search orders and credits is also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Analytics, need to be more streamlined and have an easier UI to navigate.

- Analytics is slow in terms of time of processing.

- Creating and sorting out folders in Xactly Analytics.
