What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I love the consolidation and being able to store everything in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

Report building is somewhat cumbersome and adds complexity by not being able to combine pay detail statement and audit detail statements on one report. Do not like the time it takes after the refresh. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a very complex business and with 12 different compensation plans and a myriad of calculations within all of these plans. Xactly is able to calculate all of these correctly and produce accurate results in a timely fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

How long it takes to process and how long it takes for analytics to update. A lot of clicking around to get to a specific screen. A lot of tables to update for new hires or role changes.
