Support is just aweful. Any ticket you put in gets a response "Please provide steps to reproduce" even when you provide the steps.

Xactly Incent has been a great application for us to sync our opportunities from Salesforce and process commissions within Incent. This allows us to have daily updates for credit and commission, and data is accessible to the field in a clean incentive statement.

The upsides of using Xactly Incent are having trusted and automated data and calculations. Our reps' incentive statements are refreshed daily and they're able to see where they are quota-wise or commisison-wise in a given month at any time. The downside of using Xactly Incent is the lack of reporting. Currently, we aren't able to export and see all details for incentive statements, especially manual payments with comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
