What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

Xactly is an extremely powerful tool for calculating commissions, particularly if there's a complex and often changing hierarchy structure. The system gives you the abilility to change reporting structures with specific "effective dates" or "versions" and also provides flexiblity to associate named relationships for teams that work together. What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

The batch processing and triggers can be confusing. The system is not extremely user-friendly or easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
