What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

The tool can be configured a lot to make your desired result a success. You can make your conditions very complicated or very basic based on what your business needs are. Being able to clone rules and reapply them makes it very easy to rinse and repeat for other positions. They recently updated their UI and it's a much fresher look. They always are putting new releases out to enhance to tool further and you can add requests to improve the tool too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

Because they are in the process of enhancing their tool through multiple product releases, sometimes there are minor bugs that usually have a workaround and they are willing to investigate and fix them. There are some enhancements that they could add that would drastically improve their conditional logic writing (which I have a request in for). Sometimes, finding documentation on what their tool does or what an exact feature can/can't do lacks a little bit but after a support ticket in, you can get the answer.
