What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

There are some things that I like about Xactly Incent. It is very user friendly. I have used other ICM before, and some are not so user friendly for the admins and users. The other thing is time efficiency. It helps us to reduce time spent on manual calculations and allowing our team to focus on other tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

There are some limitations on fields in the report to download. Can't really customized the report for downloads unless you use Analytics. There is no ability to download rates for each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time efficiency as I have mentioned. Reducing time spent on manual calculations is key. I also do like that we can version people, position, hierarchy and quota. It will be cleaner to pull report if you use the versioning correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
