I like having a clear depiction of my monthly goals. I also like being able to track any errors in unpaid commission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

Xactly has the abiltiy to process mass amounts of data in an incredibly fast amount of time. No lnowledge of programming is needed and it is fairly easy to use once you understand the mechanics of it. Jessica Bozigian, our Customer Success Manager, is extremely helpful and is of great support any time we need help with tickets, general questions, or best practices. Even when she doesn't know the answer she is very quick to find an answer or recommend a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

My mine gripe about Xactly is that you have to pay for training or to learn the tool. There should be more free training made available. I also think that there should be more felxibility with changes which drag and drop options. For example, in Hierarchy, it would be nice if we were able to move by dragging instead of having to edit each line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
