Powerful admin tools in the Lookup Tables and Formulas. A good sales portal for sales reps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tough procurement and implementation experience. Missing Multi-Factor Authentication. No audit trail for edited orders. Inconsistencies and bugs with localized characters and date formats. Various other hidden bugs that need workarounds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best part I like about Xactly is the user experence it offers it is very convenient and easy to use for the end users and the admins who manage it. It still needs few enhancements. For ex:
1. Integration with more tools with more ease.

Accuracy levels are very high. It is a good software for SIP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that there's complete transparency with my pacing on target, my earnings, and the potential OTE. It allows me to reverse-engineer my goals every quarter and adjust where I fall short. As someone who's never had access to Xactly (or any tool like it) being able to see this data that's available to me 24/7 is a game changer IMO. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is very few limitations when it comes to creating and managing your companies commission in Xactly. Once training is complete, you have a lot of capabilities in the main program. Xactly Incent is great for giving me data driven information on my sales performance and compensation. The tool makes it extremely easy to understand where I am in regards to my monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota. I have the ability to track where I am in and what is needed to get me over the line. I truly do not have many dislikes about Xactly Incent. The one thing that comes to mind is the complexity of my compensation structure. This can of course vary from org to org but there can be instances where I need clarifcation on the comp structure relative to differnet products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
