What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I believe the ease of use for the sales people to review their data is the best. The goal of the tool is to provide the sales resuts data to the sales people and the Xactly tool provides that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

As an administrator, I find the clicks on all of the fields during setup to be too much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xactly Incent provides the a tool to setup our sales people with their quotas, credits and incentive pay. We can upload our data on the server and run the data pretty quickly and deliver the results. This is a tool that is easy for sales people to understand. It benefits our team because the system is intuitive and the feedback from sales is ease of use and accurate data. I appreciate the dashboards when you first login which quickly detail the most important items I care about (individual ranks and my monthly payment) as a salesperson. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the reports, data exports aren't easy to pull or are not easily formatted, which requires rework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
