What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I love how easy it is to see eveything on the dashboard but also being able to drill down into my incetives to see more granular explanations of pay. I have used a few comp/incentive systems in the past and this one is by far the easiest to navigate, intuitive and understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I think Xactly Incent is a pretty intuitive software and easy to learn. I like that we can easily create plan templates, track plan docs, upload quotas, and view incentive statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

I think Xactly could use better reporting, especially in terms of easily being able to combine information into one clean report (employee data, quota data, commissions earned, etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the look of the Incent Refresh pages, and I think Xactly does a good job of regularly coming out with updates that help improve calculations in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
