What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

One of my favorite things about Incent is the consistent improvements that are being made to enhance the admin and end user experience. They are consistently looking for and implementing feedback from customers. The layout of the system and resources such as Xactly University and the Community Portal makes training new commission analysts easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

The only downside is the inability to version formulas and credit rules, making plan updates more complicated by removing and adding rules to plans. We can not utilize person-based analytic reports for all of our employees because of how we assign positions and the 3 year limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reducing the amount of manual work that we need to do to calculate and pay commissions on a monthly basis. The analytic reports for admins have greatly reduced the amount of time it takes for us to confirm the outstanding commissions each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very user friends for employees to use and login to see their payments. Also very nice to have everything housed in one place (including comp plans). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

The frontend learning curve is tough. Once you learn it all, though, it is very useful! The online classes do help though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

The refresh happens during work hours so sometimes then numbers are not accurate when you login during an update/refresh period. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

A great tool to have insight on the breakdown of commissions and spiffs . And the tools avaialble to do research on projects / orders that did not pay out.

A lot of potential , however, it takes some time to find all the tools that is needed . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
