Everything is somewhere. I know that the information i need is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

Even though the information i need is available somewhere, it's not always easy to find. Xactly has about 1-2 days a month where there are technical difficulties and my numbers arent updated. I know that ultimately it'll be fixed, but as a compensation-driven employee, it'd be ideal if there were no bugs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

Xactly is great for IC processing and the field loves it as it is their one stop shop for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I like that I can see my commissions at a glance and easily authorise my quota plan each year.

I also like that I can drill down to confirm accuracy and check commission rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

I am not an admin of this platform at my company, so I'm not sure if this is xactly's fault or our fault, but it takes the entirety of Q1 every year, for every commission-earning role for xactly to be set up properly. This means we get paid on a commission draw in Q1, which is annoying as it would be better for this to be set up and ready to go within say a month of deciding on the sales plans, rather than 3 months... That I can see day to day how much I'm earning and my porcentajes of achiviement in quota monthly, quarterly and yearly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
