What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

Tooltips/hover pop ups make it easy for me to see what I want. I like being able to dig into details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

Lack of ability for me to customize my own dashboard or create my own graphs. I also dislike the detail views in-browser and wish it were easier to customize them without having to export to .csv files to manipulate in Excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great source of retro spective truth when looking at individual performance Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

a) doent update frequently enough

b) doesnt tell me when it revenue/commisison last updated (that i can see)

c) Comp plans get reissued without any explanation as to why they are being reissued Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

looking at retrospective performance - however it doesnt show quarterly performance totals, only half yearly - means i have to do a manual calculation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

i like the graphs which is easy for me to see exactly where I am at when I click into it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

it takes about 24 hours for our reports to sync into Xactly from Salesforce. Meaning that if a meeting is booked or a deal is won, it takes a day for it to show up and at EOM that is stressful to actually know how close I am to my goal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is helping me to understand where my 10 players are at from a demos held and saas perspective. it also gives me a view of where I am at for the month, quarter, year from a career development stand point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I like to know what I can expect to be paid for my personal budgeting reasons. Also, I like how it calculates my YTD goal vs. Overall goal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
