What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

EVERYTHING! Calculations and Results are conistant and done at the push of a button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

a few months ago, I would've said it was the way we bring data into Xactly from SFDC, through Delta/Connect. But they are now rolling out a new enhancement to take that pain away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They found a way to make the importing of data into Xactly more user friendly and robust. You can now manage data workflows and exceptions without having to know any code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Xactly Incent?

I like the visual dashboard representation of Payments that help all roles (administrators, sales representatives and leaders) quickly and easily see the trends and current performance. The UI is easy to work with as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xactly Incent?

Often there are product limitations that prevent from achieving simple tasks that one would think are easy to do just like in excel. Sometimes there are unnecessary extra clicks for some of the steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xactly Incent solving and how is that benefiting you?

Xactly has helped solve many problems, but primarily that it has automated our sales bonus calculation from Excel files into the tool. It has also met strict security standard across the globe that are a key requirement for any program to work on our platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
