**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

They do make it easy to set up initially.  The staff is also extremely kind and easily liked.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

Horrible system to use. Not transparent. And will mess up your billing and credentialing. Then try to charge you and obscene amount to transfer information and to terminate early.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credentialling was done incorrectly.  Trouble with integration between the clearinghouse and the PM system.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

Easy work flow for employees compared to other EHR systems I have worked on. Billing staff is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

Patients have difficulty completing any form of registering from the link that they receive via text. Also, duplicate accts are sometimes getting created when pts attempt to do the on-line registration. We have had the majority of on-line registrating shut off.  Wish appt reminder calls, texts came from a local number. On insurances, I would like to have the ability to add eff dates and term dates to them so that you knew what was eff on a particular date of service. When we have an issue with the system, response time from help desk is slow. Nursing staff has issues with prescriptions going thru successfully. Physicians need to ability to add/change note, not just a spot at bottom of note that states addendum. When running eligibility on insurances, wish effective date of policy was included. There are forms that we still need to get from pts such as HIPAA , medicare secondary questionnaire because pt's don't have the ability to sign or complete online.

Nothing at the moment. Online registration is a continual problem, however we are just dealing with it.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

They take an interest in making sure we are maximizing the effectiveness of their product.  The recent enhancements have increased the value of the system.  The company also provides virtual assistants who provide appointment scheduling and insurance verification.  They are reasonably priced, too.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

We have intermittent issues with our interfaces which can be frustrating.  When this happens they quickly work on a solution.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When COVID-19 caused all of us to migrate to telehealth, they quickly rolled out an enhancement to provide it through the EHR.  Recently, they developed the ability to allow patients to schedule appointments through the portal.  This will enhance the patient's experience.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

Visually simple and easy to follow.  Other software we tried were just exhausting visually and not intuitive to follow.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

I wish there was a pop-up wair list for when patients cancel, but we have found a work-around.  I also wish there was a warning to let you know that a patient has an appointment on the same day or within a week or with another provider in the practice.  That would be a time saver.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking notes and patient attendance, ensuring all claims billed.  They also offer VA services which have been tremendously helpful with our call volume.

It is easy to train new employees. It has a good portal feature as well. Easy to customize. Easy to use for good , thorough notes

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

Customer service has greatly improved over the years. Support is always a necessary evil, but now there is an easy way to get problems addressed quickly.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to code the notes and get claims submitted and paid fast. Good reporting tools.billing services is helping get our insurance claims paid and tracks them. Marketing services has our website looking great with good SEO and reviews keep new patients coming in

Responsive team, reputation management, records portal and ability to upload docs and fax them.

I had difficulty with the clearing house, how to manage billing, etc. I went with a different company for that service. I wish I had been able to take advantage of the support that WRS now offers, but I am comfortable where I am for now.

WRS Health Billing services are worth above and beyond what they charge.  Highly recommend billing services.

The EMR has certain glitches that at times make it difficult to work smoothly in the EMR.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WRS Billing is an invaluable tool in helping optimize my revenue cycle.   I could not be as successful and productive as I am without their help.  My practice revenue has increased because of Jennifer and Dylanna's expertise.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

The lists, drop boxes and auto-fill options really save time.  I also like that so much is integrated into the system, ie assessments, medications, plan, and billing.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

The medication page, although easily manageable, could be improved.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrated billing and the option to have numerous reports at my fingertips helps me plan and project for the business.  Using the EMR keeps my records consistent, complete and meet charting requirements for billing codes.

WRS is an easily operated EMR system. The features and functionality are exceptional. The tools incorporated are perfect for efficiency and productivity.

The EMR is very easy to navigate.  The hover box makes it easy to get the information that is needed. The message system works very well, and information is easy to track.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

If a large set of records is needed for a chart review,  The records are selected one by one and downloaded.  This makes the process time-consuming.  Also, most reports requested takes 24 hours to retrieve.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of the patient visit and the clinical notes needed for reporting and coding.  Saved reports give us ongoing data for clinical and administrative needs.

Myrna Alarcio and Bernadth Soguilon are always available for any issues we encounter. They both are always so helpful and can correct anything within a matter of minutes. The customer service is always pleasant.

N/A. My team and I cannot think of any issues.

Scheduling issues and billing issues. WRS solving these issues allows time for our office to care for patients.

WRS is THOROUGH. They have made my workload so much easier, which allowed me time to concentrate on other important areas that needed my undivided attention. Their VAs are always attentive to the staff's and our patients' needs, and they deliver.

Everything is streamlined and the staff are knowledgeable. I can access my EMR from anywhere. It makes Telehealth very useable.

There is very little to dislike. I can't think of anything.

I can schedule, write notes and send superbills to the biller all in one sitting.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

I've been using WRS for over 10 years. 
It's easy to use, so everyone gets used to it quickly.  
Our clinic also utilizes VA service for front desk and billing help.  My VA does excellent job!!  She is quick and does a great job without many instructions.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

As someone mentioned, there are some glitches in the system.  But doesn't bother me that much.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

Support staff is friendly and available.  Many useful features are built into the software, although chronic glitches make many of them unrealiable.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

Unfortunately, from very early on in my experience with the software, there were a number of major glitches that were not able to be resolved by support team (birthdates changing in the system after patient registration; problems with saving and processing credit card information; patients allowed to double book themselves in the portal; inconsistent client access to the portal.)  Some of these seem to have resolved themselves in the last year, and some persist. I also feel I was not fully informed of the 60-month commitment written into my contract.  Although I should have read the document more carefully, it felt deceptive for the rep I worked with to not explicitly discuss this with me.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recent addition of a virtual assistant to my account has proved to be quite helpful. She is kind and responsive and has added a lot of value to my practice.  Wish I had signed up for this service many months ago. Her prior knowledge of the EHR and the fact that her services are folded into my current contract make this a no-brainer.

**What do you like best about WRS Health?**

I have been using WR S for 10 years now.  They continue to improve the product.  WRS is very easy for new people to learn.  New staff  accommodate quickly.  It is very easy to customize WRS based on the needs of your practice.  I particularly like the ability to set rules for health maintenance such as cancer screenings, lab tests, and other routine care such as immunizations.  They have been doing my billing for a couple of years and they do a great job, saving me a lot of money versus hiring my own staff to do it.  They follow up on unpaid claims and even catch errors in my notes where I failed to document charges.

**What do you dislike about WRS Health?**

The pharmacy module can sometimes be a little clumsy to find certain medications.

**What problems is WRS Health solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved my problem of doing billing in house.  It allows me to keep on top of preventive care for every patient with every visit.
