We like the ability to quickly post for new 1099 contractor positions in any city and have it live on job boards by the following day, if not the same day. This feature alone was a significant time savings for us and allowed us to shorten the number of hours a day spent recruiting. Workstream also rolls out new features every 60 days and seem to be responsive to adding things that would streamline recruitment further. Technical support was quick as well. Not much to dislike, although I wish I could set the calendars for each hiring manager myself instead of relying on them to do it, when building a new location and hiring process. As a feature, this would allow me to manage what each area supervisor was doing in terms of activity for recruitment. A report showing supervisor activity would be great, too. Oh, and being able to video interview candidates would be a good feature instead of third party software. In fast food having a candidate friendly recruitment process is absolutely necessary. Workstream makes it so that the process of applying and being hired is as seemless and easy as posible. The customer service and support is unmatched compared to other vendors that we use. We spend as little as 3 hours a week following up on the system and use it daily. In workstream it's not easy to see at a glance if every position is filled in our restaurants. I would love to see a feature where you can set the staff levels and work towards filling them. WorkStream is very user friendly. Customer service is great! They have tons of options for sending documents out, onboarding surveys and exit surveys. Workstream has been awesome to work with and has been a total game changer in finding new applicants. They have made it very easy! I use workstream every day and Id have to say its made my job so much easier. We had to swith over from a different software and workstream made it very easy to transition over. Sometimes I get forget how to change things around. I would have to say they have switched things up on me once or twice and i was lost as to how i should figure out how to work the new settings. But workstream has been pretty user friendly and is pretty easy to figure out. I am not computer savvy and I feel like I have not had many problems when it comes to running Workstream. Workstream made the application and interview process a breeze. We transitioned from away from applications that were coming in from all over the place, and were able to have everything in one centralized location that made it easy to collect applications. My schedule is not the same every week, so I do have to remember to go into Workstream and make the adjustments every week. Applicants also sometimes treat it as a bot that is on the other end, and so don't always take into consideration that there is a person they are interacting with. The integration of the payroll and hiring modules is very confusing. The payroll module lacks ability to functionally connect or export GL payroll data to our ERP. Our experience with customer support was hit or miss - only able to be accessed via chat is not a great access level for such a mission critical business operation like payroll.
