WorkRamp is a first-in-class LMS. It's simple to get in and start designing content, has dynamic assignment rules to make new hire onboarding a breeze and their customer support team answers questions with frankly amazing speed. Finally, the reporting is SO simple to design for, but robust enough that I can answer questions about who has completed training whether they are coming from managers to C-suite. WorkRamp is first-and-foremost an Internal LMS; however, they are growing into an External LMS as well! That said, the Academy is still growing and isn't quite as feature rich as the internal side. Both the admin and learner sides of the platform are very intuitive and extremely easy to use. One of our highest priorities was finding a platform that non-learning focused employees could easily come in and create content for peeople in their departments, which workramp meets. It was also very important for us to select a platform that had high quality pre-built content that could seamlessly integrate with the platform which we were able to achieve at a reasonable price. The implementation period was short and extremely easy, I am a team of one, and it was completely realistic for me to implement this new platform on my own. When we launched, we saw extremely high adoption, and it was largely reported that this was due to how simple it is to get into the platform (not a lot of barriers with 2FA and other sign-on roadblocks) so our employees can get into the platform quickly and frequently. As mentioned, I implemented the platform independently so it was important for me to have strong implementation and customer support from the Workramp side to make this possible, and it exceeded my expectations. While there are a lot of automation features possible, there are still some features missing that would be extremely helpful for some of the processes we would like to automate (such as adding new hires to a "new hire" group for a dynamic amount of time rather than from a specific date range) and there are other features that we run into with things like Harassment Prevention training assignment rules. The automations are extremely intuitive and easy for a novice like me to set up (and customer support for when the automations don't work as expected is quick and so helpful), however, they seem to be a little less sophisticated than other platforms that we have used before, primarily for the very specific assignment rules we need to follow for compliance purposes. The only other sticking point for us was the pricing model was not as flexible as other platforms we vetted during discovery. I appreciate how easy it is to create content in Workramp. The modular based courses and paths make it easy to templatize content and allow multiple team members to collaborate on delivery.
Implementation team was very helpful and supportive throughout our onboarding.
I also find the customer facing UI to be very user friendly and easy to introduce to our customer learners.

There are discrepancies in the Admin UI of the internal and external platforms (ELC & CLC). As a customer of both, it is challenging to know inherently where to go for each/reporting capabilities vary. Though Workramp's documentation of this is clear and helpful. The things I like best about WorkRamp is the ease of creating our own trainings and the ability to have content created added to our system that alows for mirco-learning. I think that the Iorad technology should cost less. I can utilize the technology through different software for free and and after 10 free guides, I can purchase fannually for $200. I wish we could afford it so I don't have to go to another platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workramp has changed how we use eLearning in the business in a great way. It's easy to use and create content, and it's easy to train users on how it works. It has great integrations that makes management of users easy, and their customer support always respond quickly!

What stands out the most about WorkRamp is its user-friendly interface and seamless integrations. The ability to easily create and manage training content, combined with powerful integrations with tools like Udemy, Workday, and Google, has truly enhanced our training processes. Additionally, the exceptional support during the implementation process made the transition smooth and efficient. It’s been a great tool to centralize and streamline our corporate learning. I love how user friendly the system is. It's easy to set up and redesign and as needed. The built in automations a really help streamline our onboarding process and annual certifications.

We were very pleased with our implementation experience and final LMS product. We had lofty ambitions for the volume of content we would launch in Phase 1 as we wanted to have it fully fleshed out before making available to our customer base. Through Workramp's support and a big internal commitment we were able to achieve this in about 90 days. The platform is easy to pick up and use and provides for a great customer experience. There are a wide variety of different tools available to make the lesson plans engaging. Like with any platform there are a few quirks here and there, but nothing major. For example, I can't remove the prompt to retake the questions when progressing to the next page which results in a few extra clicks. It would also be nice to be able to sync the questions embedded in lesson plans to final exams, so that if you need to update one, the other automatically updates. WorkRamp is a very intuitive LMS that is robust enough without being overwhelming or overly complicated. An added bonus is that you can build training directly within the platform without having to leverage a 3rd party software.
Aside from the product, the WorkRamp team is lovely to work with. They are flexible, responsive, open to feedback, and really want to do what's best for our organization. Every interaction with WorkRamp (LMS comparison, contract signing, implementation, and launch) has been relatively stressfree and they have supported us throughout every step.
