Workday is one site with in it we have multiple Apps to use, Submitting time sheet is easy way and also Completing the Required training from my learning on time with in due date, able to see compensation data and apprisal history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Workday is that it contains a lot of information that is needed for my everyday job. Through Workday, I'll be able to check the name of employee that is related to our company, how long they've been with us, who is his direct report and interest. I'll be able to have a glimpse of employees information. In addition, we are able to access through Learning our training courses which help us to improve professionally. As a team manager, I often use this. I check it on a daily basis as part of my report. It is easy to navigate for information that you usually use. What I dislike about Workday, at times, I am not able to see the correct list of my associates. The training that I have completed with dates. Maybe, I am not able to navigate Workday thoroughly yet that is why I am having these challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that this is a very intuitive, easy-to-use system that can be easily integrated with other systems. In Workday, we use various subsystems, like Expense Management, where you can see the end-to-end process of Expense reports with all attachments and audit trails. Also, we use Banking Integraytons, where the team can reconcile all banking transactions with banking feeds loaded from the bank daily. Also, we like that every document can be printed in PDF for audit purposes, and you can see the time stamp when the transaction was completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As Workday is a cloud-based solution, you need to remember to save drafts of documents (like manual journal entries or so), as if you do not, the system will not save any changes for you, and you will need to re-do everything from the beginning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

UI is very good the features are very useful very much aligned with business requirements and needs. We use jeera, PPT, Excel. It is way better as compared to its competitors Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workday, has a potentially steep learning curve, customization limitations, and occasional complexities in configuring advanced features. What I like the most in workday is it's simple interface that you don't have to ask your Boss how to use it. Just a simple click then back then you will simply find the information or simply do the task provided to you. I worked for 3 companies before and all of them are using WORKDAY like what workday again? ok, I know how to use this. Workday has allowed us to combine 4 or 5 different HR modules/processes into one single system. This has made it easier for us to maintain the proper resources and staff to cover this setup instead of different staff and resources for each of the 4 or 5 previous systems that we used. It can be confusing to navigate at times. That is partially the software itself but moreso how our team decided to set everything up. We are still adding more and more and making this process better for our users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about the Workday application is that it user friendly and simple to use, it does the work quickly in minutes. We use it to mark our leaves and it is very useful and simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At the moment the only thing I do not like about the application is that we are yet able to use it completely for attendance purposes, I guess it's not about the application error, but also from my organization.
