If Workday is your HCM, utilizing the system for comp makes processes much more efficient and organized. The data is already in the system so most of the manual work goes away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My biggest dislike about Workday currently is that I have had problems signing on through the mobile app at a time, or according to the app was blocked by our security administrator.
