We love the fact that we can keep paperwork on our 1099 agents. We haven't found any other platform allowing you to onboard 1099 people. As a recruiter for a college that employs people from all across the country, I like how easy it is for us to kick off the process, for new hires to submit their I-9 documents and pictures, and then for new hires to get help from a family member, friend, neighbor, etc. to complete the remote verification portion. WorkBright makes my life as an HRBP a lot easier. We first implemented WorkBright during Document Re-inspection after COVID. The implementation was a very easy and the whole process is a breeze. New employees love it and as an admin I love it. I said to the team multiple times we should have started using this sooner. We came from an all paper atmosphere for onboarding. WorkBright has allowed us to stop wasting so much paper and has made it more convenient for the locations to hire for themselves. I only dislike 2 things: 1. The only unique identifier is the email address. We have to audit to make sure we don't have duplicate SS numbers. 2. When you add a form to a group, you don't have an option to make it only for new employees past that point. It distributes to everyone that is active unless you add another group.
