We love the fact that we can keep paperwork on our 1099 agents. We haven't found any other platform allowing you to onboard 1099 people. As a recruiter for a college that employs people from all across the country, I like how easy it is for us to kick off the process, for new hires to submit their I-9 documents and pictures, and then for new hires to get help from a family member, friend, neighbor, etc. to complete the remote verification portion.
