I like that Wistia is super easy to use and accessible through its website, allowing everyone on the team to get in there and make edits. It's really difficult to record a webinar in a completely silent environment. We have special microphones that we use, but because there's not a background noise canceling option, it picks up every single sound, whether it's as small as lightly typing on the laptop or a dog barking next door. I really like Wistia for its automated captions, which save me a lot of time by doing the first scan and cuts for the captions. It's absolutely great. The analytics are very good, allowing me to dig into the numbers to find out how certain videos are performing, which also saves me a lot of time. Wistia helps to centralize all of my videos in one place and provides stats on the performance of these videos. One of the challenges I run into from time to time is finding easy, simple ways to just create a playlist of videos. We have options for channels, but sometimes run into a bit of confusion. We have five or six videos we wanna pull into a small group and share that out. To do things like that, we have to create a whole channel for it. Sometimes there's a matter of videos being copied, so the old versions are in one place and the new versions in another. Just being able to create a quick playlist, similar to YouTube, would be helpful. Another issue is that Wistia doesn't fully connect with all types of HubSpot fields. Wistia is a platform that gives full control of your videos. If a mistake is made we can fix it. If a foreign customer needs to view the video, we can add entirely different language sets, all on the existing video.

We are a heavy user, probably around 1000 videos now. So we are experiencing some slow-down on the backend. The AI features are great, however editing transcripts doesn't update AI descriptions.
